Simon Littlewood, Managing Partner, Hong Kong
 

Simon is based in our Hong Kong office. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand London (now PwC), specializing in high growth companies, he joined the structured and corporate finance division of the HSBC Group in London. Following a spell in BDO Stoy Hayward's corporate finance team, advising on AIM floatations, mergers and acquisitions and fund raisings, he left to set up the London Asia Group, an international investment and corporate finance business.

Simon has experience of working on quoted company transactions and fund raisings in the US, Canada, UK, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Greater china, and S.E. Asia. He is currently a Director of a number of companies listed in the UK and Singapore. Simon graduated in Law from Oxford University.

Simon is based in Hong Kong.

   
  Victor Ng, Managing Partner, Greater China and Singapore
 
A former principal with KPMG Singapore, he is a financier and director or several private and listed companies. He has been involved in the listing of businesses on stock markets in Singapore, the US and Australia.

A Singapore citizen, he was awarded of the PBM (a public community service medal) for his social contributions by the President of Singapore in 1992. Victor is a Director of a number of companies listed in the UK and Singapore. Victor initiated, launched and now serves as president for the Singapore chapter of the US headquartered International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).

Victor is based in China and Singapore.

   
  Christoph Löslein, Managing Partner, Europe
 
Entrepreneur and co-founder of growth companies since 1986, Christoph co-founded Kofax Plc., a world-wide leader in the Information Capture and Business Communication market. Until 2003 he was an Executive Director and member of the Board with responsibilities for M&A, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and Corporate Venturing. Since then he has advised on a number of successful M&A transactions and fund raisings. Christoph sits on the Board of a number of clean technology businesses worldwide. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

He is based in Switzerland and Germany.
